With the use of automated equipment such as dyeing computers and centralized dyeing control, the quality of printing and dyeing has been greatly improved. However, the influence of the setting process on the quality of printing and dyeing cannot be ignored. Today, we talk about a few stereotyped parameters that affect the color change. Â
The design process is based on the state of the B/F fabric: web, weight, strength, shrinkage. There are several parameters that have a great influence on the color change.
A>. Temperature:
Resin: Dark color: 170°C; Light color ( sensitive color ): 150°C
However resin: 150°C
Dry cloth: 130-160 °C can be dry cloth
The temperature of 100-150°C has little effect on the color, and when it is greater than 150°C, the higher the temperature, the greater the influence on the color.
B>. Speed:
According to the fabric structure and thickness settings, generally:
170°C 14M/MIN (greater than 250GM)
170°C 16M/MIN (200-250GM)
170°C 18M/MIN (weight less than 200GM)
If the cloth does not dry during actual operation, check whether the machine is normal. If yes, inform the person in charge of the process to slow down the speed and change the process. Under the same temperature condition, the difference of 2 - 3M/MIN between the dry cloth surface (0-6% moisture content) and the cloth surface can be neglected.
C> .Circulation wind:
a>. Usually grade II air is used for resin, thermal efficiency is higher than grade I, and the effect on color is greater than grade I;
b>. However, the resin is more compact and heavy structure must use Class II air; Class I wind is more suitable for loose and unstable cloths. Stereotypes are based on fabrics and the effect of color on the color is negligible at the same temperature.
D>. Materials:
a>. The resin, catalyst and fiber react chemically and covalently, changing the internal molecular arrangement of the fiber.
It has a great influence on the color change of fabrics;
b>. The greater the amount of resin and catalyst, the greater the effect on color, and vice versa.
c>. The effect of soft oil on color is based on its true color and ionicity. Appearance yellow than the appearance of clean, white soft oil
Affect the color of the fabric. Cationic soft oils (surfactants) have a greater effect on the color of the fabric than nonionic soft oils.
In short, the higher the amount of resin and soft oil added to a post-formulation combination, the greater the effect on the color of the fabric; the less the amount of resin and soft oil, the less the effect on the color of the fabric. This is a priority for the process design.
E>. Door width:
During the design process design, according to the different fabric structure, the KN model has different number of needles, and the influence of the PD cylinder type determines a more reasonable width. The principle is to ensure that the warp direction of the fabric is relatively average (eg 6x6%, 7x7%).
After finishing the test, the staff should inquire about the post-finishing and shaping process before making the test to ensure that the door width reaches the technological requirements.
Otherwise it will affect the visual judgment of the colorist, especially the double bead, double-sided, rib, LYCRA rib, jacquard and other cloths. The difference in the width of the gate will affect the shade of cloth.
